How do I access my subscription portal?
Option 1: Email with Magic Link - If you are scheduled to receive dinner the following week, you will automatically receive an email reminder the Friday before, with a magic link to instantly access your portal. *Note - you will not receive an email reminder with the magic link if you have already skipped your meal, and are not scheduled for the following week.
Option 2: Login from the website - To use this feature, you will need to create an account login with password from www.queenrotogo.com using the same email tied to your subscription.
Can I skip a week if my plans change?
Absolutely! If you need to skip a week, access your portal and select the option to skip your upcoming delivery. Planning ahead? You can even skip future orders if you already know you won't need dinner that week. We understand that life can get busy, and we’re here to help you adjust your meal plan as needed. Just make sure you skip by the Sunday before the scheduled week's meal to avoid getting billed.
What if I want to add an extra meal for the week?
You can add one-time additional meals if you need an extra just for that week. In your subscription portal, choose "One-Time Purchase" and add the day/location you want the extra meal. That way, you don't have to remember to remove it from your subscription later!
Can I change my delivery days?
Yes, you can change your delivery days! Simply go to your subscription portal and select "Swap products" a new delivery day that works best for you. We want to ensure that your meals arrive at a time that’s convenient for your family.
