We’ve got something extra special to celebrate this week—Queen Ro To Go is turning 2!

To mark our birthday, we’re bringing back one of your all-time favorites: Chicken Enchiladas Verde. Tender, slow-cooked chicken is shredded and rolled with cheese inside corn tortillas, then smothered in our signature green chili verde sauce.

On the side, enjoy classic Spanish Rice—flavored with achiote, tomato, and cilantro—and Black Beans slow-cooked to perfection, topped with cotija cheese and fresh pico de gallo.

It’s our way of saying thank you for making these last two years so delicious.
