The Main Thing

Ravioli Bolognese

A rich, hearty sauce built on a trilogy of carrots, onion, and celery, with roasted garlic, seasoned beef, San Marzano tomatoes, and just a touch of red wine for depth. Tossed with tender ravioli and finished with freshly grated Parmesan.
